I am very experienced in many aspects of “Energy Therapy" and have studied with numerous teachers over the years. Since I was originally trained with a scientific background in nursing, I now love to combine my medical and metaphysical based knowledge with my love for the Body/Mind/Spirit connection.
I love to bring to people new ideas and concepts that bring more joy and peace into their lives.I am open and enthusiastic to universal life force principles that can make your life feel "easy and effortless" and I am always developing new skills and classes as I continue to grow in my own understanding of "Energy Therapy".
I have a special love for Reiki and find that it is helpful for all types of issues. I have found that it can assist with anything from helping you to experience a state of deep relaxation, releasing energy within the body that may be causing physical discomfort, or assisting to decrease the pain of mental/emotional symptoms of depression or anxiety. Reiki can open up your intuitive and creative abilities and can help to move physical and or emotional barriers that rob you of your peace and joy.
Many people report that during a session they experience a deep sense of peace and connection to self. It is common for intuitive knowings and or profound, positive, spiritual experiences to occur while you are in this deep state of relaxation and allowing.
In all my years of working with the Reiki Energy I am always amazed and humbled by the power of what it can do. It is so exciting for me to see that "Energy Therapy" is now more available to everyone and is a recognized adjunctive holistic healing modality offered by many medical organizations and health care facilities.
I offer a variety of Reiki Certification Classes and individual Reiki/Sound/Crystal Healing and Guided Imagery Sessions. I do offer a discounted rate when you purchase your sessions in a package of 3.
I am a Center Licensed Teacher with the International Center of Reiki Training (ICRT) and teach using their manuals and class outlines. I have always been impressed with the training and professionalism that the ICRT maintains as an organization. They offer a number of books and training tools that are very helpful for all Reiki Practitioners and Teachers. I especially love their Reiki Magazine and would highly recommend it. Go to:
