Over the past 6 years I have worked extensively in the field of "Energy Therapy". I have observed first hand the power of "Energy Therapy Modalities" in assisting people to change their lives.
I have done 100's of sessions for people who come for "Energy Work" to improve situations related to Physical/ Mental/ Emotional and Spiritual issues.
In most cased I have watched in amazement as the use of "Energy Therapy Techniques" have helped clients to make positive shifts even when from a Western Medicine viewpoint that sometimes would seem to be impossible.
Many have expressed a desire to have a "Coach" to help them to discover or rediscover their innate wisdom and healing abilities that lie within. So to meet those requests I have developed three specific Intuitive Life Coaching Packages....
Intuitive Life Coaching creates the space where old ways of "Being" can be released as new pathways are developed. You will experience shifts in old patterns/thoughts and behaviors.I will use
a variety of techniques from my "metaphysical toolbox" to get you moving in the direction of your dreams.
Together we will learn to unlock the potential that is hidden within. I will teach you how to listen to your own "Intuitive Wisdom". As we work together you will experience your life with new meaning and depth.

Connecting to Your Health Program
Initial Consultation and 6/90 minute Intuitive Coaching Sessions
This program will take you to healthy mind/body connections. We will release old pattern and blocks within your body and energy fields that rob you of your peace and joy.
We will intuitively listen to your body to learn what it needs for you to experience and maintain
optimum states of of health.
Emotional Freedom Program
Initial Consultation and 6/90 minute Intuitive Coaching Session
This program will help you to explore thoughts and belief systems that may be barriers to creating the life you really want. I will support you in releasing these old patterns by using "Energy Therapy"
techniques that create new healthy pathways in your physical/mental and emotional systems.
Watch as you begin to experience your life in new and magnificent ways.
Spiritual Journey Program
Initial Consult and 6/90 minute Intuitive Coaching Sessions
This program will transport you into higher levels of spiritual development and awareness.
You will learn how to work with your "higher self" and to experience and connect to higher
states of consciousness.Enjoy this grand adventure into the realms of the soul. We will journey
into the inner places within all of us that hold our true nature of love,acceptance and light.
What to expect:
plan for your sessions. If you have previously had an initial consultation you will be able to start
with your series of 6/80-90 minute sessions.
about 90-120 minutes.
- After the initial session you will be ready to start your series of 6/90 minute sessions.
- Each session will include a combination of the modalities listed below.
