International Center for Reiki Training Association Membership Now Available
The Center is launching several new projects in January of 2011. If you have completed your ART/Master Training with the ICRT materials you are
eligible for Membership as an Affiliate or Professional Member of the ICRT
Association.
It is a wonderful opportunity to be apart of an Internationally Recognized Reiki Organization as well as a great way to partner with the Center for promoting
The Center is now also offering Reiki Insurance for Members so be sure to check on this new
service too as you prepare to expand in your Professional Practice of Reiki.

2012! Rainbow Reiki was developed by Walter Lubeck in Germany.
This class has never been available in Southern California before! It works off of the Usui Reiki
System and is a perfect way to add to your "Reiki Toolbox".

Reiki News Article in the Spring 2011 Edition
As some of you may know this past year my Mother became very ill
and I went to Ohio to care for her for 10 weeks. During that time she
and I went through an amazing "Reiki Journey of Healing".
I have written about our experience and it has been put into print.
As you can imagine my 84 year old Mother is so excited that her story made the "Reiki News"...
(Nothing like getting your picture and story put into a magazine when you are 84!)
If you have not yet ordered this magazine I would highly recommend it. It is always full of
inspirational ways real life people have and are using Reiki for growth and healing.

The Mesothelioma Cancer Alliance has recently contacted
me. This organization is committed to providing information and referrals for patients and families who are dealing with this illness. Mesothelioma is a
rare form of cancer that occurs in the lining of the lungs and abdomen.
Please be aware of the wonderful job they are doing to provide information/education and treatment options in dealing with this serious
disease.
I am so excited that they also offer education to their members on different complementary/adjunctive therapies that can be helpful.
If you are a person suffering from this illness and would like to learn more about using Reiki as an

An old Cherokee
is teaching his granddaughters about life.
"A terrible fight is going on inside me," he says to the girls.
"It is a terrible fight between two wolves".
One is evil- he is anger, envy, sorrow, regret, greed and arrogance, self pity, guilt, resentment, inferiority, lies, false pride, superiority and ego.
The other is good- he is gratitude, joy, peace, love, hope, serenity, humility, kindness, benevolence, empathy, generosity, truth, compassion and faith.
The granddaughters thought about it for a minute and then asked their Grandfather
which wolf could win.
The old Cherokee simply replied, "The one you feed."
